For this reason we offer a daily technical assistance that allows the Customer to always speak directly with a technician, in order to identify the best solution to his problem. We ensure timely interventions with qualified personnel and the availability of original spare parts.

We offer preventive maintenance contracts, that allow to maintain the performance over time and to reduce the downtime due to breakdowns.

 

We also use advanced maintenance technologies, such as teleservice, capable of intervening in real time to monitor machine problems and take appropriate solutions.
