This is our  commitment toward our clients and the mission of our company since its foundation.
“ Alesamonti “ exists thanks to the business input of the Monti family,  who started in 1956 with the production of indexing gears and turning tables for  boring and milling machines. In 1961 the first boring machine type MB63 has been designed and produced with a boring spindle of diameter 63mm. At the same time the company equips itself with its own production means to be able to realize within the company all the mechanical parts of the boring machines.
Consequently the production division of light and heavy mechanical parts grows  as well as the mechanical and electrical assembling division.
In 1972 the first milling machine has been designed and in 1974 the first numerical control has been applied on all machine tools.
In 1980 the company moves to the new site in Barasso where, thanks to wide spaces, the sufficient number of machines has been installed to cover the entire working cycle of the semi-finished products. From there on the company achieves the following goals:
1982: construction of the first  boring –milling machine with movable column;
1986: construction of the first completely hydrostatic sliding and rotary table;
1991: introduction in the working cycle of a grinding machine Waldrich with  a  14 mts. travel in the proper machine structures;
1992: construction of the first combined milling-drilling machine with a deep hole drilling unit;
2000: realization of a new assembling division with a effective height of 13  mts.
2001: realization of completely hydrostatic boring-milling machines
2004: start-up of the project to integrate machine tools into the flexible production systems (FRM systems – Fully  Robotized Machine).Today “ Alesamonti “ proposes itself, thanks to a semicentennial experience, as producer of a range of products and accessories, wide enough to satisfy whatever request of the proper clients  and sure to be able to guarantee a solid, reliable and quality product. All this due to a complete control of the working cycle in its own electrical/mechanical working and assembling divisions as well as an accurate electronical and mechanical designing that keeps the products constantly up-dated.
